Welcome to the BFC barefoot suit review.
Our goal in doing this review is to better educate you on what suit's are
available to you in the market, and allow you to compare the suits to determine
which one is best for you. We have come up with our own methods of
bringing you this data. Most of it is by way of video. So sit back
and relax, we have plenty of video for you to watch, and hopefully you'll come
away a little more educated about the suits and what each manufacture offers.
We went out and purchased 10 of the most
popular suits on the market. We ordered all size Mediums. We then
convinced barefooter (Stuart Singer) to be our test crash dummy and try on every
suit multiple times for us. Stuart, who's a solid mid-level barefooter
who's learning all the tricks we all aspire to master. Stuart is tough on
suits just due to the fact that he is learning so many new tricks. Stuart
tricks, wakes, figure-8s, and endurance races. He is one of the most well
rounded footers you'll find and a perfect candidate for our test.
For the lady's suits, we recruited the
Captain of the now famous Whippin Crew Race Team, Michele Gleason. Michele
also spends a lot of time tricking, waking, and racing. She also competes
at Footstock each year. She has become one of the most well rounded
footers in the nation. Michele also runs the Customer Service department
for the BFC On-line store. She spends many hours each week working with
the various manufacturers and skiers all over the world as they place orders for
their new suits. Michele is very familiar with size variations between
manufacturers and will be showing you how to measure yourself for your next
suit.
