Take Advice from the the Barefoot Coaching Experts

We have asked four of Barefooting's most notable footers to come together to give their coaching advice and debate the finer points of Barefoot instruction techniques.   Just in case you are just getting into the sport, here is a brief bio on each of these coaches:

We are proud to welcome Eugene Sam to the Coach's Corner section.  Eugene has become known throughout the barefoot world as one of the best coaches for footers of all ages.  Whether you're just beginning or training for the World Championships, Eugene has experience to share.
