I have a nominee for Barefooter of the month. Mike Holt who is the executive director for the Southern Region of the ABC; he is a Men’s V competitor and at last years nationals broke into Open in slalom. He has continued to put up better and better scores the older he gets. As someone who has just started competing at the age of 36 it is great to be able to see someone who is older continue to get better. I know that I can continue to increase my scores if he can. Mike has also taken on the leadership of the Southern Region and has done a great job organizing the regional tournaments. You can always count on Mike for a smile and a positive outlook. He is always willing to help and I have never heard him say anything unkind about anyone. Please consider him as a barefooter of the month.

Paul:  Thanks for taking the time to nominate Mike.  Great Nominee!  Mike's everything you say he is.  He's helped us out several times on BFC video shoots.  We shot the airplane video from his property on the lake where he skis.  The ABC needs more guys like Mike.  Be sure to nominate him for the next ABC President or Chairman position!  Or, if you really want to surprise him, start the "MIKE FOR BFC FOOTER OF THE YEAR" campaign.  It gets tougher to win every year.
