Keith St. Onge defines "Bad Ass" on the water.  He is setting new standards by which all world-class footers will be measured.  Even guys like Scarpa, Bowers, and Sands are sitting back wondering how they are going to catch this guy.  They can only hope he catches a toe a Nationals, because if he's on, noone can touch him.

The most amazing thing about Keith St. Onge is that he makes doing the impossible look easy.  Keith visited Barefoot Central this summer and gave us a taste of what he is capable of.
