WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any
Masterline product please contact Masterline Customer Service at
1-800-889-9883. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of
your product's warranty.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that Masterline only permits the return of unused
products that are returned with the orginal packaging in new condition.
If for some reason you need to return your product please use the
following return process:
1. Please contact Masterline at 1-800-889-9883 to request a Return
Material Authorization (RMA) #. A RMA request must be made within 30
business days of receipt of the product in accordance with
Masterline's return policy (noted above.)
2. If the RMA is approved, a RMA # will be issued. The support
representative will also provide you with information on how to return
the product to Masterline.
3. In order to speed up the process, the product must be returned
unopened to the Masterline warehouse within 10 business days of the
issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original,
unmarked packaging.
4. NOTE: Masterline recommends that you (1) use a carrier that
offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your
package for safe return to Masterline or declare the full value of the
shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost
or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that
offers tracking, and (2) insure or declare the full value of the
product, you will be responsible for the loss of damage to the product
during shipping. Please note that the US Postal Service(USPS) offers
limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-day waiting
period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
Masterline applies a 15% restocking
fee to all returns. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges
associated with returns and/or exchanges. For warranty repairs,
manufacturer will cover shipping costs back to customer after repair is
complete.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
Masterline USA guarantees all of its products to be free of
manufacturing defects due to materials and/or workmanship. In the event
a product is found to be defective, we do stand behind this guarantee,
for both consumers and retail accounts.
CUSTOMER SERVICE stands behind MASTERLINE'S guarantee
at the corporate level. Our normal policy is to issue a Return Materials
Authorization Number by phone (we do not accept return packages without
an RMA #). This allows the customer to send the product in question
directly to Masterline USA for inspection. If the product is found to be
defective, it is replaced with the same or comparable style. If the
product is not found to be defective, it is returned to the consumer.
This return process takes approximately 72 hrs. from the time the
product is received in our warehouse.
Please Note: Normal wear and tear, misuse,
neglect or use of our products in a commercial capacity voids any
warranties, expressed or implied. This includes activities such as
renting, leasing, ski school and show teams. Please contact Masterline
for clarification or a written decision regarding any use in question.
