Should you experience any product defects outside of our-year return period, you will need to contact the manufacturer. Returns and Exchanges

At, we take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return the unused merchandise within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you, and we will issue a refund or make the exchange of your choice. A refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling will be made using the same method and to the same credit card used on the original order. Returned defective or used merchandise will be inspected, and a handling fee of up to 20% may be charged. Refused Shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling will not be refunded on Refused Shipments. Before returning a product, please contact Customer Service at and request a Return Authorization Number RA#.  You may be instructed to return the product directly to the manufacturer, so please call or email before you make any shipments.  Orders returned without an approved RA# or shipped to the incorrect address may be refused and subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.  

When you call, please be prepared to provide the reason for the return and the action to be taken (exchange or refund). For your protection, please insure your package for its full value. Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent freight collect or COD.

All special orders and custom suits or vests are non-returnable and non-refundable.

When returning apparel, make sure it is in new, unworn condition, in the original package with all liners and tags attached.  Any product that has been used can not be returned.  If you have any questions please call 281-782-1903.

Shipping Practices - How to Protect Yourself

When you place an order from, you have the ability to order products from various manufacturers.  We do not necessarily stock items from every manufacturer, so you may receive multiple packages if your order contains products from different manufacturers.  Though you may receive multiple shipments, only charges you for a single shipment and bases your shipping cost off the total weight of your order.  International shipments are priced separately and vary greatly depending on the final country of destination.  International shipment charges are assessed prior to shipment and charged as an additional fee on the credit card the order was placed with.  Our on-line shopping system quotes international packages at a higher rate than they typically turn out to be, so please email us at after placing your order to get an exact quote.

When receiving shipments, be sure to open all packages, crates, or containers and inspect the product for damage before you sign and accept a shipment from any carrier.  If a product is damaged, accept the package with Exception, and only if the driver allows you to make note that the product is damaged.  Then ask the delivery person to make a note in their system that the product was accepted with exception as damaged in transit.  Contact at 281-782-1903 immediately (within 48 hrs) so we can make an appropriate claim on your behalf.  Do not use any damaged product.  Products that are used can not be returned or exchanged.  Any shipments that are shipped on 3rd party accounts will be the responsibility of the 3rd party shipping account holder.
